    About me

    Lindsay started her career teaching Physical and Health Education. Coaching, teaching student leadership, and running various student clubs. She transitioned her role to a School Counsellor where she has worked with a diverse set of students, staff, health professionals, and families for the past 9 years. She has her degrees in Education, Physical Education, and in between maternity leaves, graduated with her Masters in Counselling Psychology. She is a good standing member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), registered as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and a member of the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology. 

    Lindsay believes in working collaboratively with clients in an environment that cultivates encouragement and mutual respect. She is certified in EMDR Therapy and works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from an Adlerian based approach.
